Job summary

This role focuses on enhancing global retail supply chain performance through strategic leadership and operational excellence. The position involves developing a future-ready supply chain model and driving improvements across planning, supplier management, and delivery processes.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in supply chain management within Retail or FMCG sectors, with a strong background in planning and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
• Proven ability to design and implement supply chain operating models and lead transformation initiatives.
• Experience in supplier KPI management and quality control, with a focus on performance improvement.
• Familiarity with supply chain digitization and data frameworks, with an interest in AI applications.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with excellent communication abilities.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor global supply chain performance metrics, ensuring on-time and quality delivery across all markets.
• Establish and embed a robust S&OP process for alignment between demand, supply, and inventory.
• Define and implement a scalable global supply chain operating model, optimizing cost and agility.
• Drive the development of harmonized processes and digital tools, enhancing planning and performance management.
• Develop strong supplier management practices and optimize contracts with partners.
• Strengthen in-house supply chain capabilities and drive cross-functional alignment to improve efficiencies.
