Senior Supply Planner (Healthcare, Remote)

Job summary

The Supply Planner for Infusion Care is tasked with ensuring consistent product availability across B2B and B2C channels by managing comprehensive supply planning within a multi-source manufacturing network. This role emphasizes collaboration with various teams to align operational plans with commercial signals, optimize inventory, and support data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in supply planning within a healthcare context.
• Familiarity with S&OE and S&OP processes.
• Proficient in SAP and IBP modules, particularly in transactions and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Integrated Planning & Analytics Lead to translate commercial signals into actionable supply plans.
• Manage supply for assigned products, ensuring customer service goals are met while adhering to inventory targets.
• Provide timely updates on supply status to internal teams and key accounts, including information on backorders and new product launches.
• Support the S&OP process and lead S&OE routines with production and procurement teams.
• Develop scenarios and assess risks within the manufacturing site S&OE process.
• Facilitate planning processes in a dual/triple-source environment.
• Participate in new product development and lifecycle management, ensuring alignment during launches and discontinuations.
• Act as the Key Account Manager for a strategic customer, leading customer-facing communications regarding supply status and operational scenarios.
