Senior Supply Planner (Healthcare, Remote)

Job summary

The Supply Planner for Infusion Care is tasked with ensuring consistent product availability across B2B and B2C channels by managing comprehensive supply planning within a multi-source manufacturing framework. This role emphasizes collaboration with various teams to translate commercial signals into actionable operational plans, optimize inventory, and support data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in supply planning within a global context, preferably in healthcare or medical devices.
• Familiarity with S&OE and S&OP processes, including participation in relevant forums.
• Proficiency in SAP and IBP modules is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Integrated Planning & Analytics Lead to convert commercial signals into operational supply plans.
• Manage supply for assigned products, ensuring customer service objectives are met while maintaining inventory targets.
• Provide timely updates on supply status to inter-company markets and key accounts, ensuring clear communication regarding backorders and new product launches.
• Support S&OP processes and lead S&OE routines with production and procurement teams.
• Develop scenarios and assess risks to drive the Manufacturing Site S&OE process.
• Act as the Key Account Manager for a strategic customer, leading customer-facing communications and updates on supply outlook and risks.
