Job summary

This position is for a motivated Student Assistant to support procurement and administrative tasks in a dynamic office environment. The role is part-time, requiring 15-20 hours per week, and is ideal for students seeking practical experience.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is advantageous.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of another Nordic language is a plus.
  • Proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
  • Discreet, reliable, and service-oriented.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with purchase orders, vendor creation, and invoice processing.
  • Support the procurement process from requisition to completion and monitor activities.
  • Handle incoming calls, mail, and general office tasks.
  • Maintain office supplies and manage orders.
  • Coordinate office logistics, including meal arrangements and facility management.
  • Update Safety Data Sheets and marketing materials on company websites.
  • Support the sales team with data entry and maintenance in SAP.

Skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional Nordic language skills are beneficial.

Education

  • Enrollment in a relevant degree program is required.

Tools

  • Microsoft Office Suite, SAP or other ERP systems.
