Job summary

This position is for a motivated Student Assistant to support procurement and administrative tasks in a dynamic office environment. The role is part-time, requiring 15-20 hours per week, and is ideal for students seeking practical experience in a corporate setting.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Economics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems is advantageous.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of another Nordic language is a plus.
  • Proactive and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Discreet, reliable, and service-oriented with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with procurement tasks including purchase orders, vendor creation, and invoice processing.
  • Support the procurement process from requisition to completion and monitor activities.
  • Handle general administrative duties such as managing calls, mail, and office supplies.
  • Coordinate office arrangements including meals, keys, and IT purchases.
  • Update Safety Data Sheets and maintain sales information in SAP.

Skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities in English and preferably another Nordic language.

Education

  • Enrollment in a relevant degree program.

Tools

  • Microsoft Office Suite, SAP or other ERP systems.
