Job summary

This part-time position is ideal for a student seeking hands-on experience in procurement and administrative support within a dynamic international environment. The role involves assisting with various tasks related to procurement, general administration, and sales support in a commercial office setting.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is advantageous.
  • Native proficiency in Danish or Swedish, with fluency in English; knowledge of another Nordic language is a plus.
  • Proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Discreet, reliable, and service-oriented with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with purchase orders, vendor creation, and invoice processing.
  • Support the procurement process from requisition to completion and monitor activities to identify issues.
  • Manage incoming calls, mail, and daily office tasks, including maintaining office supplies.
  • Coordinate lunch/breakfast arrangements and handle office logistics such as keys and alarm systems.
  • Update Safety Data Sheets and marketing materials on company websites and support sales team data entry in SAP.

Skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Nordic languages and English.

Education

  • Enrollment in a relevant degree program is required.

Tools

  • Microsoft Office Suite, SAP or other ERP systems.
