Supply Planner (FMCG, Copenhagen/Brussels/Utrecht)

Job summary

A Supply Planner is sought to enhance the Supply Chain team in Northern Europe, focusing on aligning supply with demand and maintaining optimal stock levels. The role involves continuous improvement of supply chain KPIs and collaboration with various teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Supply Chain planning, preferably in FMCG.
• Strong emphasis on efficiency and value chain optimization.
• Customer-centric mindset with a focus on customer happiness.
• Proven ability to manage and influence stakeholders effectively.
• Strong analytical skills to identify root causes of complex issues.
• Familiarity with SAP ECC, SAP APO, and advanced Excel skills are advantageous.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to take ownership.
• Fluent in English, with proficiency in Dutch, French, or a Scandinavian language.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and address service issues and out-of-stock situations in collaboration with Global Supply teams.
• Ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders by coordinating with customer service and sales teams.
• Analyze slow-moving, obsolete, and aging stocks, proposing actionable improvements.
• Plan and optimize third-party supply of finished goods, focusing on service, cost, and cash flow.
• Contribute to the enhancement of supply processes and internal procedures.
