Job summary

The role involves creating an inspiring and consistent customer experience through visual merchandising in high-end retail environments across Europe. The position requires a blend of creativity and commercial acumen to implement visual standards and enhance customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Manage Visual Merchandising for Freestanding Stores in Continental Europe, ensuring locations are premium and well-organized.
• Design and execute window displays following Business Unit guidelines.
• Implement jewelry displays, interior setups, and table settings.
• Participate in in-store layout planning and product presentation.
• Collaborate with Store Managers and marketing teams to optimize customer flow.
• Ensure consistent implementation of VM directions across countries.
• Support and train in-store VM personnel remotely and during visits.
• Travel monthly to stores for VM updates and team support.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in Visual Merchandising.
• Strong aesthetic sense and familiarity with exclusive retail environments.
• Excellent skills in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Education in Retail, Visual Merchandising, or a related creative field.
• Ability to work independently and develop creative solutions.
• Experience in high-end or luxury jewelry and homeware.
• Flexibility in working hours and willingness to travel frequently.
