Warehouse Specialist (Biopharmaceuticals, Copenhagen)

Job summary

This role involves working in a GMP-regulated warehouse environment, focusing on picking goods for production, inventory management, and maintaining high-quality standards. The position is part of the Disposables Picking team and requires collaboration with colleagues to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse picking and GMP environments.
• Mandatory forklift license.
• Fluent in English at a professional level.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Microsoft Axapta and D365 is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Service-minded, patient, calm, and helpful demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Pick goods for production and return items to stock.
• Conduct inventory counts and maintain cleanliness of equipment.
• Complete essential documentation in accordance with strict procedures.
• Assist colleagues in various warehouse tasks as needed.
• Work day shifts with occasional weekend and public holiday shifts.

Skills

Education

• Relevant warehouse training or certifications preferred.
