AI/ML Project Manager (Remote, Global)

Job summary

This role focuses on driving the adoption of AI across various business functions, ensuring that AI initiatives are effectively managed and aligned with organizational goals. The Project Manager will facilitate the development of a structured AI portfolio, prioritize projects, and enhance global knowledge sharing within the AI community.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in product ownership or project management within data, AI, or analytics.
• Strong skills in leading backlogs and managing diverse stakeholders.
• Practical understanding of various AI/ML solutions and their applications.
• Ability to communicate effectively and facilitate alignment across global markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the structured intake of new AI initiatives, framing problems and defining value.
• Maintain a prioritized backlog to guide teams towards impactful work.
• Develop concise business cases to support decision-making, assessing options, costs, benefits, and risks.
• Strengthen the global AI community through knowledge sharing initiatives.
• Build and maintain an enterprise AI solution catalogue, ensuring compliance and proper approvals.
• Champion responsible AI practices, collaborating with Legal, Security, and Data Governance teams.
• Collaborate with Data Intelligence, Architects, Engineers, and Analysts to ensure smooth project delivery.

Skills

• Experience in building business cases for AI initiatives and tracking benefits post-launch.
• Familiarity with responsible AI and data governance principles.
• Background in commercial or product analytics, including portfolio management.
• Exposure to enterprise architecture and data platform constraints in regulated environments.

Education

• Relevant degree in a related field is preferred.

Tools

• Familiarity with M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio/Azure AI, and custom AI models.
