Associate Project Manager (Finance, Hellerup)

Job summary

Seeking an energetic and motivated Associate Project Manager to support the SLA management team within the CTO Department. This role offers exposure to financial markets and project management methodologies in a dynamic international environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled or about to graduate in project management or technology management.
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in Project Management.
• Prior experience in project coordination or management is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication and teamwork.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the administrative and coordinating tasks for multiple projects, gaining insights into project management processes.
• Support the Senior Project Manager in managing project requirements, scope, risk, and quality assurance.
• Actively contribute to the development of project deliverables and ensure timely submission of documentation.
• Help report on project status and health, and assist in identifying and resolving project risks and issues.
• Maintain proactive communication with stakeholders as directed by the Senior Project Manager.

• Critical judgment in project deliverable development.

Education

• Enrollment in or completion of a relevant degree program focusing on project management or technology management.

Tools

• Familiarity with project management software and tools is advantageous.
