Job summary

Seeking a Business Analyst with substantial experience in the Life & Pension sector to work within a complex system landscape. The role focuses on translating intricate pension requirements into scalable solutions, directly impacting the management and delivery of pension products.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in the Life & Pension domain, with a solid grasp of pension products, policies, or administration processes.
  • Previous experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role bridging business and IT.
  • Proficient in working with complex IT systems, with a motivation to understand and enhance them.
  • Systematic approach to requirements gathering and support for development processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and capability to investigate complex issues.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies.
  • Collaborative mindset with effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficient communication skills in English.
  • Relevant degree is advantageous, but practical experience in pensions is crucial.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Product Owner, Business Analysts, developers, and customers for bug analysis and feature development.
  • Analyze complex requirements in the Life & Pension domain and convert them into structured solutions.
  • Assess system behavior to identify root causes and drive improvements.
  • Contribute to solution design and challenge assumptions for optimal outcomes.
  • Translate customer needs into actionable development and testing tasks.
  • Identify necessary system changes to accommodate new features and evolving requirements.
  • Operate within an agile framework with two-week sprints and adaptability to reprioritize tasks.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and locations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Education

  • A relevant degree is a plus, but experience in the Life & Pension sector is essential.

Tools
