Business and Training Partner (Remote, Denmark)

Job summary

This role involves supporting the Confidentiality team by developing training and communication strategies to safeguard intellectual properties and enhance brand integrity. The position is focused on collaboration, training delivery, and administrative support within a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience in Creative Writing, Psychology, Education, Communication, Business Administration, or Human Resources preferred; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
• Experience in corporate learning programs and eLearning development, particularly in creating engaging communication materials and managing training projects.
• Proven collaborative skills with internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to create an annual communication plan.
• Develop training materials, including eLearning modules and tailored documents for specific audiences.
• Manage mandatory training rollouts and track completion rates.
• Facilitate global onboarding sessions and assist in engagement activities.
• Maintain the Confidentiality SharePoint site and manage relevant documentation.
• Support access management and approvals, working with various business functions as needed.

Skills

• Strong expertise in designing learning materials for diverse audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective partner engagement.
• Proficient in project management and organizational skills for digital tools management.
• Analytical ability to assess training needs and manage rollout issues effectively.
• Familiarity with eLearning platforms and SharePoint, with an understanding of global cultural differences.

Education

• A degree in a relevant field is preferred, with additional qualifications being advantageous.
