• Experience in leading interactive and experiential learning opportunities.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with various stakeholders.
• Familiarity with AI tools and a willingness to explore new technologies in learning.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leadership to establish priorities for skills development across manufacturing sites.
• Develop and update learning plans aligned with the overall skills development strategy.
• Design scalable blended learning solutions, including e-learning and instructor-led training.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning through innovative learning experiences.
• Optimize Learning Management Systems (LMS) and utilize data tools for personalized learning.
• Establish metrics to measure learning effectiveness and report findings for continuous improvement.
