About the role

Job summary

Seeking two proactive and organized students to assist in the migration and development of global learning content. This role involves enhancing the learning experience for employees by restructuring and simplifying existing materials. The position is a fixed-term internship for 3 months, starting mid-April.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program in HR, Business Administration, Communication, Learning, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Comfortable working with various stakeholders.
  • Interest in digital tools and systems.
  • Passionate about digital learning and learning design.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in migrating learning content to a new authoring tool.
  • Collaborate with course owners to review and enhance existing materials, focusing on target audience and structure.
  • Create and organize e-learning content using Articulate.
  • Ensure adherence to learning design principles and best practices.
  • Test courses for functionality and learner experience prior to launch.
  • Identify and report issues or opportunities for content improvement.
  • Support administrative tasks related to learning content development.

Skills

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with digital learning tools and content development processes.

Tools

  • Experience with e-learning authoring tools, specifically Articulate, is preferred.
