Job summary

The Business Improvement Project Manager will drive strategic improvement initiatives within a global operations and maintenance organization, focusing on enhancing project excellence and operational impact. This role involves collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and progress.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent, with additional Project Management training.
• Lean Six Sigma certification or similar qualification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support improvement projects using established project management principles.
• Analyze project data to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for optimization.
• Manage project plans, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring timely follow-up.
• Engage and coordinate with stakeholders to promote accountability and progress.
• Track performance metrics and communicate project status effectively.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and drive cost savings.
• Train and coach colleagues in improvement methodologies.
• Act as a change agent to enhance project management practices.
