Business Manager (Technology, EMEA, Hybrid)

Job summary

The Business Manager will oversee a team of Global OEM Technical Consultants, focusing on supporting OEM sales teams in the EMEA region to enhance technology adoption of control and software products. This role involves strategic management of GOTC deployment across multiple countries and requires collaboration with various sales and marketing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum of 15 years of overall experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial position.
• Technical expertise in OEM environments.
• Full proficiency in English.
• Experience managing teams across multiple countries.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with EMEA OEM sales teams and in-country sales resources.
• Work with commercial and marketing teams to drive initiatives.
• Manage GOTC conversion projects at OEMs.
• Develop organizational and procedural plans aligned with OEM sales strategies.
• Coordinate with other GOTC Business Managers and Technical Resource managers globally.

Skills

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Technical knowledge of RA products and technology is preferred.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.

Tools

• Familiarity with RA products and technology is a plus.
• Knowledge of additional languages such as German or Danish is advantageous.
