Job summary

This part-time maternity cover role focuses on enhancing the candidate experience through effective project coordination and stakeholder management. The position involves working closely with various teams to ensure a seamless candidate journey from recruitment to onboarding.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent with strong analytical skills and understanding of business processes in large organizations.
  • Proven experience in project coordination and structured execution.
  • Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders across functions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create and maintain templates and guidelines.
  • Solid understanding of processes and systems, with a focus on improving candidate experience through tools and workflows.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Working conditions

This position is a maternity cover from May 2026 until February 2027, requiring 4 days of work per week, with an on-site/hybrid setup in Denmark across Lyngby and Hørsholm.

  • Coordinate and implement projects within the Candidate Experience portfolio, including Employer Branding, Recruitment, and Onboarding.
  • Create and coordinate training materials for Recruiters and Talent Acquisition Partners based on established guidelines.
  • Maintain and distribute hiring manager guidelines, templates, and communication materials.
  • Support digitalization initiatives related to recruitment and HR process improvements.
  • Develop and implement Employer Branding materials.
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective stakeholder management.
  • Experience with facilitation and training in large organizations.
  • Knowledge of or interest in design thinking.
  • Interest in the digitalization of HR processes.
  • Experience with HR and recruitment processes.
