Job summary
This part-time maternity cover role focuses on enhancing the candidate experience through effective project coordination and stakeholder management. The position involves working closely with various teams to ensure a seamless candidate journey from recruitment to onboarding.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent with strong analytical skills and understanding of business processes in large organizations.
- Proven experience in project coordination and structured execution.
- Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders across functions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create and maintain templates and guidelines.
- Solid understanding of processes and systems, with a focus on improving candidate experience through tools and workflows.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Working conditions
This position is a maternity cover from May 2026 until February 2027, requiring 4 days of work per week, with an on-site/hybrid setup in Denmark across Lyngby and Hørsholm.

- Create and coordinate training materials for Recruiters and Talent Acquisition Partners based on established guidelines.
- Maintain and distribute hiring manager guidelines, templates, and communication materials.
- Support digitalization initiatives related to recruitment and HR process improvements.
- Develop and implement Employer Branding materials.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective stakeholder management.
- Experience with facilitation and training in large organizations.
- Knowledge of or interest in design thinking.
- Interest in the digitalization of HR processes.
