Job summary

The Client Services Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring successful campaign execution and client satisfaction during a maternity cover period of 10-12 months. This role involves collaboration with various internal teams to optimize campaign performance and support client retention.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in client-facing roles such as account management or customer success.
  • Understanding of digital advertising and campaign management is preferred.
  • Familiarity with 3rd party ad servers, ad verification tools, and SSPs/DSPs is a plus.
  • Experience with tag management systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for client accounts, fostering strong relationships.
  • Oversee client onboarding, campaign launches, and ongoing management.
  • Manage and optimize campaigns to meet KPIs.
  • Monitor campaign performance and proactively address issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client retention and growth.
  • Provide client training and performance reporting, including post-campaign analysis.
  • Identify opportunities for campaign optimization and upselling.
