Cloud Service Engineering Intern (Remote, International)

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a postgraduate degree program or final year of a bachelor's degree.
• Knowledge in networking, network security, server operating systems, and cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and scripting languages is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Cloud Infrastructure team in provisioning and supporting core infrastructure and cloud services.
• Provide advisory support for existing cloud services and assist in the implementation of new services.
• Prepare and publish internal documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Conduct webinars and training sessions.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Skills

• Understanding of cloud computing concepts and information security principles.
• Knowledge of ICT operation support and client orientation.
• Strong analytical skills for project management and process innovation.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills in a diverse international environment.

Education

• Candidates must be enrolled in or have recently graduated from a relevant degree program.

Tools

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS) and Microsoft collaboration tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
