Job summary

This position involves supporting the Group IT Solutions team in a global headquarters environment. The role includes a variety of tasks related to system maintenance and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Master's program in IT, Engineering, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field with at least 2 years remaining.
• Openness to learning and a structured approach to tasks.
• Strong organizational skills and adaptability to changing priorities.
• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
• Self-driven, curious, and sociable personality.
• Familiarity with Teams/SharePoint and PowerPoint is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist with administrative tasks, including ticket resolution and application access management.
• Ensure system compliance with IT security, data privacy, and regulatory requirements by creating relevant documentation.
• Participate in the implementation of minor enhancements and testing activities.
• Research and implement new sustainable technologies and processes to foster innovation.
