Solution Architect (ERP, Remote)

Job summary

This role involves driving the development and evolution of a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations template, ensuring a modern and scalable ERP landscape that aligns with business needs. The Solution Architect will take ownership of design, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the ERP template across a global organization.

Qualifications

• Relevant education in IT, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–4 years of experience as a Solution Architect with Microsoft ERP solutions, specifically Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, in a larger enterprise environment.
• Strong combination of business and technical insight, with the ability to translate requirements into effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Create and review functional design specifications for development and technical specifications.
• Own changes to the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Template from design to acceptance testing.
• Lead maintenance initiatives, including design and prioritization of template updates.
• Collaborate with deployment and support teams to define resource needs for testing and training.
• Proactively inform management about risks and challenges related to new functionality deployments.
• Identify improvement opportunities and lead initiatives from concept to implementation.
• Act as 3rd-level support within the area of responsibility.
• Work with product teams on Hearing Aid product launches to ensure proper design and testing of changes.
• Support decision-makers in defining and implementing optimal solutions.
• Contribute to application roadmaps and identify risks and required competencies.

Travel

• Problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complexity.
• Good facilitation, discovery, analysis, and prototyping skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft technologies such as Power Platform, Azure DevOps, and AI tools is a plus.
• Expect approximately 30 days of travel per year to various sites.
