About the role

Job summary

This role involves leading the commercial strategy for a portfolio of paediatric products, focusing on driving revenue growth and managing the product life cycle through market analysis and strategic insights.

Qualifications

  • Relevant commercial education in business, marketing, economics, or equivalent experience in a commercial role.
  • Strong commercial acumen with skills in pricing models, profitability calculations, and market analysis.
  • Proven ability to manage product launches and commercial follow-up in international markets.
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and engaging with global sales entities.
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in English; proficiency in other European languages is a plus.
  • Experience in healthcare or medical devices is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Willingness to travel internationally 30-50 days per year.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the commercial strategy to enhance revenue for the product portfolio.
  • Oversee the product life cycle by evaluating market dynamics and competitor activities.
  • Convert commercial insights into actionable product roadmaps.
  • Create and manage business cases for new product development.
  • Maintain pricing lists and sales tools.
  • Monitor product performance across various markets and implement commercial improvement initiatives.
  • Lead global product roll-out and ensure effective commercial messaging.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficient in managing multiple projects and priorities.

Education

  • Degree in business, marketing, economics, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Tools

  • Familiarity with product management software and market analysis tools.
