Contracts Manager (Remote, Denmark)

Job summary

An experienced Contracts Manager is sought to lead the preparation, negotiation, and management of various commercial agreements across multiple sectors including finance, technology, education, and sustainability. This role involves overseeing a team, acting as a key escalation point, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure agreements are legally sound and efficient.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• Over 5 years of experience in contract negotiation or management.
• Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with workflow management tools such as Monday.com and Jotform.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with experience in managing and mentoring teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee a team responsible for negotiating and finalizing commercial agreements.
• Serve as an escalation point for direct reports and business line stakeholders.
• Supervise the legal engagement process ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements.
• Identify process efficiencies and implement improvements in contract management.
• Assess, mitigate, or escalate legal risks associated with agreements.
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure agreements meet business objectives.
• Handle various agreements including master services agreements, NDAs, and collaboration agreements.
