  • Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future projects.
  • Collaborate with creative leadership to identify hiring needs.
  • Brief talent on project goals and expectations.
  • Manage the complete talent acquisition process from outreach to onboarding.
  • Perform quality control on submitted content to ensure alignment with campaign objectives.
  • Organize talent pools using spreadsheets and sourcing tools.
  • Stay informed on industry trends to enhance candidate experience.
