Job summary

The role focuses on enhancing customer loyalty and experience by embedding customer data and feedback into service and business processes. The analyst will work to translate insights into actionable improvements that strengthen service quality and optimize the customer journey.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience with customer data analysis and insights.
  • Proficiency in building Power BI dashboards.
  • Familiarity with Customer Service AI tools and their implementation.
  • Experience in establishing KPIs within Customer Service and Operational Excellence.
  • Strong analytical skills to provide structured recommendations based on customer data insights.
  • Native proficiency in Danish.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer behavior, feedback, and operational data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with leadership and service teams to design enhanced customer experiences.
  • Support decision-making through clear reporting and data-driven recommendations.
  • Ensure customer needs and trends are understood and reflected in continuous improvement efforts.

  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with various teams.
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Education

  • Relevant degree in a related field preferred.
