Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in customer onboarding, implementation, or a client-facing role.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proven relationship-building skills with stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
  • Experience in proactively resolving customer issues and collaborating across teams.
  • Analytical mindset to understand customer needs and develop actionable solutions.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot is advantageous.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
