Responsibilities

  • Own and continuously enhance customer success processes, including workflows and internal documentation.
  • Facilitate sprint planning and agile delivery within the Customer Success team, ensuring task transparency and prioritization.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales, and Operations for customer-facing initiatives.
  • Monitor operational performance using customer data to identify and address friction points.
  • Act as a process coach to help team members adopt structured working methods and manage dependencies.

Tools

  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and customer success tools is beneficial.
