Job summary

This position involves managing customer orders, addressing inquiries, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products. The role emphasizes maintaining high service quality and compliance with operational standards.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in biotechnology or manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, with Salesforce being preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; intermediate proficiency in Danish (B1/B2) is required.
  • Ability to multitask and solve problems effectively.
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.
  • High attention to detail and a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding pricing, availability, and order status in a professional manner.
  • Serve as the internal advocate for customers, ensuring their needs are communicated across departments.
  • Process customer orders accurately, ensuring all specifications and details are correct.
  • Direct customer requests to appropriate teams and track follow-up actions.
  • Acknowledge orders, communicate any changes, and manage backorders effectively.
  • Utilize the sales order entry system to maintain accurate customer information and understand quotes and promotions.
  • Adhere to service quality standards and departmental SOPs.
  • Comply with ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 quality management system requirements.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and complex environment.

Education

  • Relevant experience in customer service or related fields is essential.

Tools

  • Experience with ERP systems (Salesforce preferred) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
