Customer Support Engineer (Chromatography Solutions, Remote/Denmark)

Job summary

This role involves providing technical support for chromatography solutions, including LC-MS and GC-MS, to clients. The position requires on-site installation, maintenance, and customer training, ensuring laboratories operate efficiently.

Qualifications

• University degree in a Chemistry-related field (e.g., Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology)
• Hands-on experience with liquid chromatography solutions (GC/GC-MS or LC/LC-MS) as an end-user or in a technical support role
• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry is advantageous
• Proficiency in Danish and/or English
• Valid driving license

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer needs with repair, installation, upgrades, and preventive maintenance
• Schedule services efficiently and communicate with customers in a timely manner
• Collaborate with management and sales teams to meet customer expectations
• Maintain customer service standards in line with corporate policies
• Complete administrative tasks and reports accurately
• Provide feedback on performance issues to relevant teams
• Proactively address customer service requests before, during, and after service visits
