Job summary

This position involves supporting the Divisional Director for Global Customer Support by leading and executing strategic initiatives across the organization. The role is crucial for ensuring effective communication and alignment within the leadership team and across global stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar role focused on strategy implementation and change management, preferably in a service or technical environment.
  • Strong technical understanding to engage with complex projects and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in English; knowledge of Danish and/or German is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Drive and implement global strategy projects within Customer Support.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to facilitate change management and process improvements.
  • Lead digital and data-driven initiatives in partnership with key stakeholders.
  • Ensure global alignment on projects and processes by working closely with colleagues across group companies.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to projects and support the Divisional Director.

Skills

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across all organizational levels.
  • Self-driven with a proactive approach to project implementation.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a focus on challenging existing processes.

Education

  • Relevant educational background or equivalent experience in a related field.

Tools

  • Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools is beneficial.
