Experienced Patent Attorney (MedTech, Copenhagen)

Job summary

This role involves managing patent activities in a high-growth MedTech environment, specifically within digital dentistry. The position is part of the IP group within the Legal team, focusing on legal and intellectual property matters.

Qualifications

• University degree in physics, software, optics, electrical engineering, electronics, or a related technical field.
• Several years of experience with patents, either in private practice or in-house, with exposure to freedom-to-operate (FTO) analyses.
• Ability to analyze patent claims and technical disclosures with guidance from senior patent attorneys.
• Strong communication skills to translate patent findings for technical and business teams.
• Structured, curious, and collaborative mindset, capable of working in a dynamic interdisciplinary environment.
