Job summary

Seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Front Office Associate for a hearing center in Faxe. This part-time role involves providing excellent service to clients and supporting the sales process alongside an audiologist to enhance customers' quality of life.

Qualifications

  • Strong and clear telephone voice with skills in active listening, empathy, and effective communication.
  • Experience in administrative and coordination tasks, including calendar management and invoicing.
  • Commercial awareness and familiarity with working towards KPIs.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to learn new IT systems.
  • Ability to multitask, take responsibility, and maintain composure during busy periods.
  • Preferably experienced in liaising with regions and municipalities regarding funding and health allowances.

Responsibilities

  • Make calls to customers prior to their visits.
  • Manage calendar bookings and provide customer reception and service.
  • Perform minor repairs and replace small parts on hearing aids.
  • Conduct hearing screenings.
  • Handle various administrative tasks.
  • Ensure the hearing center is clean and presentable.

Skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Effective communication skills.

Education

  • Relevant experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred.
