Group Process Owner (Project Management, Remote)

Job summary

This role involves managing the project roadmap within a Master Data Management (MDM) department, focusing on governance and capacity management while supporting colleagues in various projects. The position requires collaboration with stakeholders across different levels to ensure compliance and enhance data quality.

Qualifications

• Several years of project management experience in complex environments.
• A master’s degree in finance is preferred, but relevant experience is crucial.
• Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies is beneficial.
• Knowledge of SAP MDG is an advantage.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Manage project capacity, ensuring appropriate resource allocation and time management.
• Ensure adherence to internal and external project standards, providing training and documentation support.
• Document processes and create specific project documentation, including plans and stakeholder presentations.
• Report project progress to relevant stakeholders.

Skills

• Strong people skills to align and prioritize stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to maintain oversight of multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

Education

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in project management.
