Head of Ethics & Compliance (MedTech, Remote)

Job summary

This position is for a senior leader responsible for overseeing the Ethics & Compliance program across Europe and Latin America, ensuring alignment with global standards and fostering a culture of integrity and accountability within the organization.

Qualifications

• Master of Law, LL.M, M.Sc., or other relevant academic degree.
• At least 10 years of experience in Ethics & Compliance, including senior leadership roles.
• Strong background in MedTech, Life Sciences, or similarly regulated industries is preferred.
• Proven experience in Business Partner/Third-Party Risk Management.
• Experience working across multiple regions and cultures, particularly in Europe and Latin America.

Responsibilities

• Lead and enhance the regional Ethics & Compliance program.
• Collaborate with global program owners on healthcare compliance, anti-bribery, data privacy, and human rights.
• Provide strategic support to senior leaders and key business functions.
• Develop and deliver Ethics & Compliance training and education.
• Strengthen Business Partner Risk Management and oversee due diligence processes.
• Foster relationships with Legal, Finance, HR, and other departments.
