This role involves leading the Service Project Management and 2nd Level Support team within the Drying & Formulation sector, focusing on global service projects and spare part offerings. Qualifications

  • Master’s or bachelor’s degree in engineering.
  • Several years of management experience, ideally in a service organization, with a track record of leading high-performing teams.
  • Training and experience in project management.
  • Proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the Service Project Management and 2nd Level Support team, ensuring effective workload prioritization and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Manage end-to-end execution of service projects, adhering to sales and cost budgets.
  • Maintain clear communication with Service Sales and manage non-standard spare part requests to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with various departments including Supply Chain, Engineering, and Business Lines to ensure timely delivery and high-quality service.
  • Monitor sales performance, contribute to pricing strategies, and support profitable growth initiatives.
  • Work closely with the Global Project Management pool to ensure effective execution and alignment across functions.
