Job summary

This role involves defining and implementing the strategic direction for a global service function within the energy sector, focusing on turbine servicing. The position reports directly to the EVP of Service and requires collaboration with senior leadership to drive strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• Over 8 years of experience in strategy roles within large organizations or top-tier consulting firms.
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate with executive leadership.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in transformation programs.
• Background in services businesses, particularly in aftermarket and digital services.

Responsibilities

• Develop a 3–5-year Global Service Strategy and roadmap based on market insights and internal capabilities.
• Analyze strategic opportunities and challenges, providing recommendations to senior leadership.
• Create communication materials for EVP-level updates and leadership content.
• Prepare decision papers and analysis packs for the Service Leadership Team.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on business performance and customer satisfaction.
• Align strategic initiatives across various departments to ensure consistent execution of the service strategy.
• Collaborate with Finance on business cases and P&L assessments.
