Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Business & IT, Digital Innovation, or a related field
• Interest in project management and stakeholder collaboration
• Strong communication skills in English; Danish is a plus
• Ability to work on-site in Aarhus or Middelfart
• Curiosity about AI and motivation to thrive in a tech environment

Responsibilities

• Drive planning and coordination across various AI projects
• Maintain key project documents such as roadmaps, milestones, and risk assessments
• Prepare materials for decision-making forums and facilitate follow-ups
• Identify and address blockers to ensure project momentum
• Translate business needs into actionable project tasks
