Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Business & IT, Digital Innovation, or a related field.
• Interest in project management, coordination, and stakeholder collaboration.
• Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Danish is a plus.
• Ability to work on-site in Aarhus or Middelfart.
• Curiosity about AI and motivation to thrive in a fast-paced tech environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive planning and coordination across multiple AI projects and workstreams.
• Maintain key project artifacts including roadmaps, milestones, and risk tracking.
• Prepare and facilitate materials for decision-making forums.
• Identify and address blockers to ensure project momentum.
• Translate business needs and technical inputs into clear project activities.

Education
