Job summary

This part-time student position in the Legal & Tax team focuses on renewable energy investments, offering insights into alternative investments and hands-on experience in legal matters. The role involves working closely with experienced professionals in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in the 1st or 2nd year of a Bachelor’s degree in Law or Business Administration & Commercial Law.

Responsibilities

• Support tax and legal work on investments and various legal matters.
• Manage and update legal corporate documentation and structure charts.
• Assist with KYC, signatures, archiving, and notarization processes.
• Help maintain policies and procedures.
• Assist with investor-related materials and respond to investor queries.
• Support ongoing tax matters for international offices.
• Monitor transfer pricing positions and update documentation.
• Maintain accurate records, forms, and archives.
