Lead Product Manager (Fintech, Remote)

Job summary

The role involves leading product initiatives and managing existing brokerage products tailored for the Saudi and GCC markets. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance brokerage features while ensuring compliance with regional regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, finance, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in Product Management, Engineering, or Consulting, preferably in financial services or fintech.
• Strong understanding of the CMA regulatory framework and GCC capital markets.
• Proficient in data analysis using SQL and BI tools.
• Bilingual communication skills in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive brokerage product strategy for the Saudi and GCC markets, focusing on equities, Sukuk, ETFs, and derivatives.
• Analyze market competition, regulatory requirements, and ROI to inform product decisions.
• Engage with customers and regulators to gather insights and ensure product alignment with market needs.
• Improve operational efficiency in brokerage processes and workflows.
