Job summary

Qualifications

• 15 years of experience in project planning and scheduling, particularly in international or multi-cultural environments, preferably within the pharma and biotech sectors.
• Proven leadership experience in project settings, including coaching and mentoring team members.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and communicate overall planning and scheduling activities across a portfolio of projects.
• Lead, support, and train team members in complex project execution tasks.
• Foster a motivational and collaborative work environment to enhance team performance.
• Manage the planning team and oversee all scheduling-related tasks.
• Engage in stakeholder management within the project organization and with clients.

Skills

• Proficiency in project planning tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, and Power BI.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Education

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in project management or related fields.
