Learning & Development Specialist (Food Processing, Remote)

Job summary

This role involves managing the complete Learning & Development lifecycle within a global food processing organization, focusing on the Service community and the Poultry Academy. The position requires designing and delivering effective learning solutions to enhance team performance in a technical environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Education, Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience in creating learning materials and training programs.
• Strong instructional design skills with a variety of learning formats.
• Excellent project management skills, capable of handling multiple initiatives.
• Strong written and spoken English skills; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop learning journeys and training materials with input from subject matter experts.
• Create diverse learning solutions, including e-learning modules and classroom training.
• Manage the end-to-end development of learning initiatives as a project manager.
• Identify learning needs by engaging with stakeholders to uncover gaps.
• Act as a didactic advisor to ensure learning solutions are effective and aligned with business needs.
• Collaborate with other academies and Global L&D teams to align strategies.
• Coordinate the practical aspects of training delivery and improve learning activities.
