Onboarding Consultant (HR, Hybrid)

Job summary

This role focuses on managing and executing onboarding projects for a flexible HR system, ensuring that customer processes are effectively integrated and supported. The consultant will take ownership of projects from initiation to go-live, working closely with clients to configure the system according to their needs.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with HR systems and understanding of how system logic and data support HR processes.
• Proven track record in leading onboarding or implementation projects, ensuring structure and progress.
• Strong skills in system configuration, including setting up workflows and organizational structures.
• Ability to connect customer requirements to practical solutions across HR, payroll, and workforce management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding projects, managing scope, progress, and technical configuration.
• Structure projects into phases with clear milestones and deliverables, managing risks and changes.
• Analyze customer HR processes and translate them into effective system configurations.
• Perform hands-on configuration of the HR system, including complex structures and workflows.
• Collaborate with customer stakeholders to ensure proper integrations and alignment of expectations.

Education

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in HR, IT, or related fields preferred.
