Job summary

The Onboarding Manager will oversee the client onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience from the start. This role involves coordinating technical integrations, invoicing setup, and customer service configurations while proactively identifying and resolving potential issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage the onboarding process from initiation, ensuring clients feel confident and informed.
• Coordinate technical integrations and setup for new clients.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks before they impact clients.
• Continuously improve onboarding processes for efficiency.
• Collaborate with E-commerce Managers and other teams to ensure smooth client launches.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients during the onboarding phase, maintaining clear communication and problem-solving.

Skills

• Ability to identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements.

Education

• Relevant experience in project management or client onboarding preferred.
