Job summary

This role involves a blend of consultative sales, technical onboarding, and customer success within a dynamic business messaging environment. The Onboarding Specialist will guide clients from initial engagement to successful platform adoption, ensuring a smooth and valuable experience while working remotely with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in onboarding, customer success, sales, or a similar client-facing role (both junior and senior candidates are welcome)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing commercial and technical discussions
• Understanding of SaaS platforms, APIs, or technical integrations is advantageous
• Proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced setting
• Effective collaboration with remote, asynchronous teams
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach
• For senior roles: extensive domain expertise and experience in managing complex projects or partnerships
