Patent Attorney (Renewable Energy, Aarhus or Copenhagen)

This role involves serving as a key advisor on intellectual property matters within a global technology leader in the renewable energy sector. The patent attorney will work closely with stakeholders to provide strategic guidance and solutions to complex challenges, contributing to the company's market position and technology development.

Qualifications

• Educational background in engineering, physics, or materials science.
• Qualified European Patent Attorney or in the process of qualifying.
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Harvesting and evaluating innovative ideas.
• Drafting patent applications and managing external agents.
• Overseeing patent prosecution and portfolio management, including responding to office actions.
• Handling patent oppositions and supporting litigation efforts.
• Conducting freedom to operate analyses and patent landscaping.
• Supporting development projects and collaborations with internal and external partners.
• Providing training for stakeholders.
