Responsibilities

• Lead product development projects from initial concept through to launch, adhering to established development and stage gate processes.
• Define project scope, success criteria, timelines, resources, and budgets in collaboration with the project core team, adjusting plans as necessary based on new insights.
• Build and manage cross-functional project teams, ensuring alignment with competence area managers to secure necessary resources.
• Facilitate effective communication with stakeholders and maintain project momentum.
• Contribute to enhancing project management practices within the organization.
