Product Lifecycle Manager (Manufacturing, Remote)

Job summary

This position is responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of cooler products, ensuring they meet customer needs and drive business success. The role involves aligning product strategy with market requirements and overseeing the execution across various teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the product roadmap for cooler products in line with company strategy and market needs.
• Perform market research and competitive analysis to uncover new product opportunities and enhancements.
• Lead cross-functional teams through the product development process, managing specifications, features, and pricing strategies.
• Oversee product launches, including go-to-market strategies and marketing materials.
• Track product performance and customer feedback to identify optimization opportunities and manage lifecycle phases.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and quality requirements for cooler products.
• Serve as the primary subject matter expert for cooler products, providing necessary technical support and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in product management or marketing, particularly in hardware or cooling solutions.
• Demonstrated success in launching and managing products throughout their lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs in the manufacturing sector.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in data analysis and presentation tools; experience with PLM software is advantageous.
