Product Manager (HVAC-R, Aarhus Area)

Job summary

An experienced Product Manager is sought to oversee the growth and life-cycle management of a portfolio of natural refrigerant solutions in the HVAC-R sector. This role focuses on promoting sustainable cooling and heating technologies, supporting customer decarbonization efforts in a dynamic international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or marketing.
• 5-8 years of experience in product management for complex engineered-to-order HVAC-R equipment.
• Technical knowledge of natural refrigerant-based compressors and heat pumps.
• Proven ability to work in a diverse global team with a strong customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Champion the growth and strategy for natural refrigerant-based compressors and cooling/heating equipment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and engineering.
• Maintain product roadmaps and manage product life cycles.
• Launch new products based on customer feedback and market trends.
• Track product performance and implement necessary actions based on performance metrics.
• Enhance sales tools and literature to support sales and service teams.
• Represent the organization at industry events and associations.

Skills

• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally (10%-20%).

Education

• Preferred: MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
